Our quality policy

Through its manufacturing, servicing and distribution activities, the Jankovits Engineering strives to continuously satisfy the quality and volume demands of its buyers thereby securing and/or strengthening its market position.

In the course of the company’s activities the primary criterion is guaranteeing the quality of the products, therefore all employees are liable for and obliged to serve quality.

Jankovits Engineering focuses on enforcements aimed to satisfy buyers.

 

Objective of the Jankovits Engineering

The company’s management actively takes part in the continuous perfecting of quality and in this context it supports, encourages and requires:

  • maintenance and development of a specific quality level in connection with products and services,
  • continuous development of the manufacturing technology,
  • improvement of the work performance on all level of manufacture and by all employees.

 

In order that Jankovits Engineering could achieve its objectives

  • the management annually outlines quality targets that are continuously monitored, analysed and evaluated.
  • the entire staff of the firm works in the interest of ensuring the satisfaction of current and prospective business partners, through timely delivery of impeccable and competitive products.
  • specific risks in the quality management system and specific processes are evaluated, undesired effects are prevented and diminished, also efficacy is continuously improved.
  • each and every employee is responsible for the quality of his/her work, for the continuous development, to which end the personal and material conditions are ensured by the managing director.
  • a quality management system complying with the requirements stipulated in ISO 9001: 2015 / MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards is in operation and continuously developed.
  • strives to build mutually advantageous relationship with its suppliers and subcontractors.
  • in the course of the activities of the entire staff a target is set, namely that within the international industrial world the Hungarian society could achieve increasingly significant position, furthermore that the environment and the societal reputation of the firm would be the possibly most favourable.

Our memberships in professional associations

Professio Fémipari és Szakképzési Klaszter

A Professio Klaszter a fémipari megmunkálással foglalkozó vállalakozások szövetsége, amelyet 2008-ban konzorciális szerződés aláírásával alapítottak meg.

A klaszter célja a fémiparban tevékenykedő győri és Győr környéki vállalatok összefogása, versenyképességük javítása, a fémipari tevékenységekből adódó együttműködésen és közös képviseleten, érdekérvényesítésen keresztül, továbbá a szakemberhiány újszerű, innováción alapuló megoldása.

Tagság kezdete: 2013.

Győr-Moson-Sopron Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara

Jankovits Engineering tevékenységét a Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara szervezeti egysége teljesen lefedi. A cég alapítása óta tagja a Kamarának.

Tagság kezdete: 1994.

Német-Magyar Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kamara

Jankovits Engineering meghatározó vevői közt több jelentős német tulajdonú, érdekeltségű cég szerepel. Törekedve arra, hogy a szakmai, üzleti életben mind jobban együtt gondolkodhassunk, fontosnak tartjuk a Német-Magyar Kamarai tagságot.

Tagság kezdete: 2009.

Practing Alapítvány

Az alapítvány a Széchenyi István Egyetem mérnök hallgatóinak gyakorlati képzésének támogatását tűzte ki célul, melyet mára már az összes kar hallgatóira kiterjesztett.
Jankovits Engineering az alapítástól kezdve az alapítvány kuratóriumának és konzorciumának tagja és aktív résztvevője.

Tagság kezdete: 1996.

Magyar Innovációs Szövetség

Jankovits Engineering kezdetektől nagy súlyt helyez a folyamatos fejlesztésre és az innovációra. Ennek hangsúlyt adva, fontosnak tartja, hogy tagja legyen a Magyar Innovációs Szövetségnek.

Tagság kezdete: 2004.

Vállalkozók és Munkáltatók Országos Szövetsége

Jankovits István, mint egyéni vállalkozó lépett be a Vállalkozók Országos Szövetségébe, ahol a Jankovits Engineering alapítása követően a mai napig tag.

Tagság kezdete: 1992.

EOQ Magyar Nemzeti Bizottság Közhasznú Egyesület

Az Európai Minőségügyi Szervezet magyarországi képviseletének tagjaként hozzáférünk a minőségügy új hazai és nemzetközi ismereteihez, az innovációkhoz, szakirányú képzésekhez, továbbképzésekhez, emelni tudjuk szervezetünk és szakembereink minőségkultúrájának színvonalát, lehetőségünk nyílik együttműködni oktatási és kutatóintézményekkel, és más civil szervezetekkel.

Engineer and craftsmen education

In order to favour the new generation of professionals, Jankovits Engineering dedicates extraordinary attention to its relationships with educational institutions. We are a member of the Practicing Program created by the Széchenyi István University for practice-oriented engineer education since 1996, also we are supporters of and practical task suppliers to the International Student Conference of Mechanical Engineering Disciplines.

In the last years we joined the educational program of the University of Miskolc; our colleagues assist in the engineer education by way of giving technical lectures and practical lessons. It is important for us that from among talented, motivated and dedicated young professionals many would consider our firm as the field for their long term professional development and flourishing career.
